Description
Sikkens Priming Filler 680 Grey is a quick-drying, universal one-pack (1K) primer-surfacer designed for vehicle spot and panel repairs. It provides smooth surface leveling and strong adhesion on bare metal or existing finishes, and supports both wet and dry sanding before topcoating.

Technical Specifications

- Flash-off / Drying: 5–10 minutes between coats at 20°C; fully dries in 30 minutes at 20°C or 15 minutes at 60°C.
- Recommended Sanding: Final dry sanding step with P500 grade (surface prep sanding around P220–P320).
- Suitable Substrates: Existing finishes, steel, polyester bodyfillers, and kombi fillers.
